Abstract

In hospitals, the workload for medical professionals is immense due to the rapidly growing population, leading to an increased number of patients requiring care while the medical workforce remains limited. This overworking issue could compromise the quality of care services. Consequently, telehealth has gained significant attention in recent years. There are various forms of telehealth, but the primary objective is to alleviate the workload of medical professionals and reduce patient waiting times for services.
